Gary Lee "Puff" Puffer was born August 31, 1953 in Cedar City, Utah. He passed away on June 25th, 2008 at the age of 54.
Gary was born to Boyd and Beth Puffer and joined the family with Ron, Della & Kaye. Gary was raised in Beaver, Utah and graduated from Beaver High School. He married Debbie Patterson Smith on May 8th 1976. Together they had two daughters, Monica Dawn and Codi Rae. They later divorced but stayed good friends. Gary married Julie Kaye Esplin and they became lifetime partners. On January 23, 1981 in Cedar City, Utah they had twin sons, Joshua Lee and Zachary Boyd. Gary enjoyed life and loved his family. His favorite things to do were hunting, camping being in the mountains and watching nascar racing. Carl Edwards "Happy" was his driver.
Gary loved his grandchildren, Autumn, Aspen, Jaden, Dallas, Kolton, Austin, Kayston and Kylee. Gary has many special friends , Kyle Evans, Brent Little, Wolf, Linda, Rob, Tony and Jeremy Laws (son).
Gary was preceded in death by his father Boyd Puffer, son Joshua Lee, nephews Dody Lynn Puffer, Tony James Speir. Gary is survived by his wife Julie Kaye, children Monica Dawn (Travis) Seifers of Milford, Utah, Codi Rae Laws of Centerville, Utah, Zachary Boyd Puffer Cedar City, Utah, his mother Beth Puffer of Beaver, Utah, brother Ron (Sharron) Puffer of Napa, California, sisters Della Hertel and Kaye (Ken) Adams of Cedar City, Utah, sisters-in-law Tina Riddle, Sandy Gummo and Robyn Esplin and many nieces and nephews. Puff, we will love and miss you.

A memorial service will be held Monday, June 30, 2008 at 11:00 am at Southern Utah Mortuary 190 North 300 West Cedar City, Utah. Cremation by Southern Utah Mortuary.
In lieu of flowers, a trust fund is set up for Julie Puffer at Mountain America Credit Union.
