Barry A. Stewart, 65, of St. George, Utah passed away June 25, 2008. Barry was born January 29, 1943 in Palmyra, Utah to Bert and Margaret Stewart. Barry graduated from Spanish Fork High School and served in the Army stationed in Germany. Barry worked for Geneva Steel.
He married Connie Linford on May 27, 1972. They later divorced. Dad loved to camp, go shooting, watch John Wayne movies, and loved to read a good western.
Survived by his children, Steven, Scott, Sally, Shaun (Sasha), and Spencer; his three granddaughters, Dakota, Aspen, and Hailee; brothers, Phil (Marilyn), Shirl (Anita); a sister, Margie (Doug) Downey; and sister-in-law, Ruth Stewart. Preceded in death by his parents and two brothers.
Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, July 2, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. at the Walker Mortuary Chapel, 187 South Main Street, Spanish Fork. Friends and family may call at Walker Mortuary on Tuesday evening, July 1, 2008 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. or on Wednesday morning from 9:45-10:45 a.m. prior to services. Burial will be in the Spanish Fork City Cemetery.
