Paul James Oliver passed away on June 26, 2008 surrounded by his loving family. Jim was born on January 21, 1948 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Paul Anthony and Peggy Farnsworth Oliver. Raised in Salt Lake City, served an LDS mission in Hawaii and served in the US Air Force. Married Vickie Rae Cowley on April 17, 1970 in the Salt Lake Temple. He was a devoted Husband, Father and Friend. Jim and Vickie made their home in Cedar City the past 20 years. He is survived by his loving wife, Vickie, sons Michael, Bryan (Michelle), Justin and grandsons, Logan and Jace; Mother, Peggy, Bothers, Russ (Terri), Scot, Sister, Ann (Brent). Proceeded in death by Father, Paul, and Brother, Tony.
Funeral services will be held at The Rock Church, 75 E. Center Street on Tuesday, July 1, 2008 at 11:00am. Viewing at Southern Utah Mortuary, 190 N. 300 W. Monday night from 6-8pm and 9:30-10:30am on Tuesday. Internment at Cedar Cemetery. In Lieu of flowers please send contributions to Wells Fargo Bank, Cedar City, Utah
