Bradley Jay Hoffman, 54, passed away Monday, June 30, 2008 in Salt Lake City, Utah. He was born June 15, 1954 in Payson, Utah to Farrell “Bud” and Ruth Elmer Hoffman. He married Lois Elaine Henline on April 29, 1972 in Spanish Fork, Utah.
He loved spending time with his family. He had a special bond with each of his children and grandchildren. He loved them all the most...! He enjoyed hunting and fishing with his family and friends.
Brad was employed by Geneva Steel for 26 years and has worked for NRP Jones for the past six years. He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
He is survived by his mother, Ruth Hoffman; wife, Lois; his sons and their families, Bradley Drew and Shannon, Mclaine, Maycen, and Marlee, of Santaquin; Brandon Jay and Jamie, Jordan, Tucker, Hadlie, Ky, and Grayson, of Nephi; Kevin Clarence and Jamie, Jaycie, Carson, DJ, and Carter, of Payson. He is also survived by two brothers, Ronald (Roxann) Hoffman, Mapleton; and Michael Hoffman (Marilyn), Crown Point, Indiana; and his extended family, Bart and Stacy Provstgaard; Dwayne and Nona Benner; Dave & Cathy Sayer; Richard & Judy Creer; Ted & Nancy Sperry; Bill & Linda Ivie; Ralph & Sharon Hardman; Butch & Helen Henline; Ted & Marilyn Hughes; Mick Henline; and many special nieces and nephews. Brad was preceded in death by his father, “Bud” Hoffman; and two brothers, Craig Hoffman; and Thayne Hoffman.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, July 8, 2008 at the Spanish Fork 9th Ward Chapel, 98 S. Main Street, Spanish Fork, Utah. Family and friends may call on Monday, July 7, 2008 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at Walker Mortuary, 187 S. Main, Spanish Fork, Utah or on Tuesday morning at the church from 9:45-10:45 a.m. prior to services.
Interment will be in the Spanish Fork City Cemetery.
