Clifford H. Haslam, 91, passed away on Monday June 30, 2008 at Washington Terrace Care Center, Ogden, Utah.

Cliff was born on December 8, 1916 in Brigham City, Utah to Emory Gerald Call and Martha Hutchinson and raised in Wellsville by his grandparents and later sealed to Brian Haslam.

He later moved to Salt Lake City where he was a railroad engineer for Union Pacific Railroad for 45 years and there met his life time sweetheart of 68 years – Jacquelyn Wilsted. They were married on August 16, 1940 in Coalville.

Cliff had a great love for hunting, fishing and gardening.

He is survived by his wife Jacquelyn, son Gary Haslam (Karen); daughter Karen House (Dean), Morgan; eight grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren; sister Sara Jeffs and brother Dee Haslam. Preceded in death by his parents, brothers Weston and David and sister Edith Banks.

Funeral services will be held 11 am Monday, July 7, 2008 at Lindquist’s Bountiful Mortuary, 727 N. 400 E. where friends may call Sunday July 6th from 6-8 pm and 9:45- 10:45 am prior to services. Interment Bountiful City Cemetery. Condolences may be shared at www.lindquistmortuary.com
